The Six Mile House is a mountain getaway with all the comforts of home. Set on 12 forested acres with views of the forest and lake, the house includes a gourmet kitchen, swimming pool, game room, home theater, all with beautiful views and in a peaceful surrounding.

Located just minutes from Nevada City, Grass Valley, the Yuba River and Scotts Flat Reservoir, we are just 1 mile from excellent mountain biking and within walking distance to the lake.

The house is available for groups of up to 10 and accommodates two families easily.

 

 
 

The main house upstairs has a kitchen, dining areas, living room, TV room and master suite with Jacuzzi tub and steam room. Downstairs has three bedrooms, a large game room and a separate home theater. The kids will have a blast playing games downstairs while the grown-up take respite from the day and enjoy the views from the kitchen, living room and full deck!

The pool is my favorite place to be on a warm summer day!  Heated by the sun, our pool is refreshing May-September, and brisk in other months.  Just jump in!
